Move over curry night, this Indian Set Menu gives all the spiced flavour across 3 delicious dishes. Crunchy paneer pakora is the perfect starter to the creamy chicken bake, rounded off with some creamy fruity Kulfi.

Here's what to pre-prepare:

  • Prepare the slaw up to one day in advance and store in the fridge
  • Marinate the chicken overnight and keep in the fridge. Bring to room temperature for 30mins before cooking
  • You can make the frozen yogurt Kulfi days or weeks in advance and keep in the freezer until it's ready to serve
