Step-by-step

  1. 1 Cut the date through the middle to remove the pip, without cutting all the way through.
  2. 2 Where the pip used to be, add 1 tsp of Onken natural yogurt.
  3. 3 Crush the pistachios in a pestle and mortar or in blitz coarsely in a food processor. Sprinkle on each date to serve.
