  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml Onken 0% Fat Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 handful fresh strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional) or a handful of ice cubes
  • ½ banana

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2 Drink immediately.
