  1. 1 Place the fruits of the forest frozen fruits and juice in the smoothie maker or blender and blend for 30 seconds.

    Cooks Tip: Fruits of the forest frozen fruits are available in most supermarkets and certainly a must to keep in the freezer.
  2. 2 Add the yogurt and blend a further 15 seconds.
  3. 3 Divide between two glasses and serve.
