Step-by-step

  1. 1 Put the banana, mango pieces and juice into a blender or smoothie maker, blend for 30 seconds.

    Cooks Tip: Cooks Tip: Substitute the mango for other fruits and vary the juice to create a different flavoured smoothie every day of the week.
  2. 2 Add the yogurt and blend a further 15 – 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
