A bit of this, a bit of that
- 500g frozen mixed berries/summer fruits
- 400g Onken 0% Fat Natural Yogurt
- 2 - 3 tbsp golden syrup, plus extra serve
- 200g mixed berries
- 4-6 tbsp granola
- 1 Put the yogurt in a food processor with the golden syrup and whizz briefly to mix
- 2 Add the frozen fruits straight from the freezer and whizz until the texture of ice cream.
- 3 Serve at once!
- 4 Layering the ice cream with the berries and topping with a tbsp of granola and drizzle of golden syrup
