Pasteurisation

The milk is heated to remove any bad bacteria.

If it’s a 0% fat yogurt, we use skimmed milk.

If it’s a full fat yogurt, we use whole milk.

Adding Good Bacteria

Lots of live cultures are stirred in, whilst the yogurt is made.

This constant stirring is what gives yogurt its smooth texture.

Filling

Our pots are filled full of creamy yogurt, ready for you to enjoy your favourite Onken.
