Tropical green smoothie bowl
- 1/2 large ripe mango
- 4 heaped tbsp Onken Mango, Papaya & Passionfruit yogurt
- 7 cashew nuts
- Tbsp protein powder/vegan protein-optional, Vanilla flavour works best
- Handful spinach
- Splash of milk, great with coconut/almond milk
1.Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2.Pour this into a bowl and add in all of your favourite toppings.
