Ingredients

  • 250g cantaloupe or canary melon
  • 120g Onken 0% fat Natural yogurt
  • 120ml water
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 3 large mint leaves
  To garnish:
  • 1 mint sprig

Method

Combine all ingredients in the blender and ensure the liquid does not exceed the max line

Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth

Once the smoothie is blended, garnish with the mint sprig
