Mango Papaya Passion Fruit Overnight Oats
- 120g rolled oats
- 150ml milk
- 150g Onken Mango Papaya Passion Fruit Yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- Mixed seeds (optional)
- Sliced seasonal fruit
- Extra Onken Mango Papaya Passion Fruit Yogurt
- Maple syrup or honey, to taste
1.Add the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds in a large clean jar.
2.Stir well, seal and chill overnight.
3.When ready to serve, stir the oats again and a little more yogurt or milk until they are your desired consistency.
4.Divide into bowls, add sliced seasonal fruit, nuts or seeds and drizzle with honey or maple syrup to taste.
