- 2 cups fresh mango, diced
- 1 cup chilled Onken Natural Set Yogurt
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Honey or 1 Tsp Sugar
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour Mango Lassi into glasses and serve immediately.
