Frozen Yogurt Dessert
- 900g 0% Fat Strawberry Yogurt
- 2 Medium Bananas
- 200g Frozen Strawberries
- 200g Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
- 150g Pistachios (chopped) or flaked almonds
- 50ml double cream
1.Put the yogurt, bananas, frozen strawberries, and cream in your food processor
2.Start pulsing until they start to blend together and the ingredient mix together to give you a soft serve ice cream consistency.
3.Stop your food processor to pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin (for ease).
4.Mix the pistachios in before topping with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios.
5.Chill for 3-8 hours
6.Take out of the fridge to serve, leaving the frozen yogurt to soften at room temperature slightly if it has set solid.
