  • 120g Onken Natural Set yogurt
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
  To garnish:
  • 4 banana slices
  • Cinnamon powder, to sprinkle


Combine the yogurt, milk, dates, banana and oats in the blender and ensure the liquid does not exceed the max line

Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth

Add cinnamon and nutmeg powder to the mix and blend for another 20 seconds

Once the smoothie is blended, garnish with banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
