get fit by accident

Some people might get fit by slogging away at the gym. But going for a long walk and getting completely lost is also a great way to lose a few pounds, especially if you discover some interesting shops along the way. The more lost you are, the healthier you'll end up. Big cities are especially handy for this. London, Paris and Manchester are full of bewildered people with fit, toned bodies. And if you live in the countryside, getting lost is even more life-enhancing, on account of all that lovely fresh air you'll breathe in whilst following a sheep.

a good start

The most important meal of the day, as we all know, is breakfast. Lots of fruit and muesli are a good way forward, obviously, but Yogurt with honey is probably the tastiest healthy breakfast ever invented. Give it a go, and we're certain you'll be able to wave the super strong coffee goodbye. Just try an Onken Natural Biopot – Set or Stirred - with a drizzle of clear honey and watch your mind and body burst into life.

dancing fool

A lot of people don't like dancing, just because they're rubbish at it. So they miss out on all that lovely exercise, just because a few people in a nightclub fell about laughing the last time they did their thing on the dance floor. Well, being rubbish should be no obstacle to having fun. Dancing in the dark, alone or with friends is, quite possibly, the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Your heart will enjoy it and you're bound to become a better dancer. You'd best move some furniture out of the way first, though.

you are what you eat

The old saying is true, so eat something gorgeous every day. A juicy pear or some fresh asparagus might not make you feel instantly virtuous, alert and attractive, but you won't feel like a human dustbin, either. Remember, what goes into your food goes into you, so read what it's made of, before you scoff yourself silly.

asparagus wrap - serves four. what you need

500g green asparagus
50g plain flour
1 medium sized egg
150g Onken Natural Set Yogurt
125ml milk
salt
20g almonds
4 slices of smoked salmon
margarine
1 dessert spoon of mixed herbs

how to whip it together

Wash the asparagus and peel the bottom third. Mix together the flour, egg, half of the Onken Wholemilk Natural Set Yogurt, milk, salt. Heat the margarine in a pan (parameter 24cm). Pour in half of the flour mixture into the pan and sprinkle over half of the almonds. Wait until the mixture is a golden colour. With the other half of the flour mixture, make another pancake. Put the asparagus in salt water for about 12 minutes and drain through a sieve. Cut the two pancakes in half and put a slice of smoked salmon on each half. Share the asparagus onto each half and roll this up in the pancake. Lastly, spread over the remaining yogurt mixed with herbs, add salt and pour over the wrap.
